You asked, so here you go😊❤️ This is the recipe I used for my lettercakes, macarons and cupcakes at my old bakery in Pearland. We use to sell it by the tubs to other bakers and homemakers...YESSS it's that good! It's a very STABLE BUTTERCREAM that will hold up for hours at room temp, even in Texas☀️

3 sticks salted butter
1 32 oz bag of powdered sugar
1/2-1 cup heavy whipping cream (adjust accordingly)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (game changer)

Feel free to add your desired flavors

Brunch just got a little sweeter 💚 I made these for brunch and they were the FIRST thing to go.

These Easter Cake Ball Cones are almost too cute to eat! 🐰🌸

I made TWO fun versions using leftover cake scraps from my cake push pops.

✨ Bunny Ears Cones – filled with chocolate Easter eggs, topped with a cake ball dipped in chocolate, finished with white sanding sugar + candy ears

✨ Peeps-Inspired Cones – filled with marshmallow, topped with a chocolate-dipped cake ball, colorful sanding sugar, and my homemade chocolate bunnies to match those iconic Peeps

Perfect for Easter baskets, dessert tables, or spring parties!

Pro tip: Save those cake scraps… cake balls, cake pops, or cute treats like these are always a win!

These Mini Cheesecake Shooters are one of the cutest desserts on the table and they’re so delicious! The best part...they look fancy but are incredibly easy to make.

Perfect for Easter, spring gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, or any dessert table. Add gel food coloring to match your event or keep them classic and creamy.

These 1.7 oz mini shooters are the perfect size for tasting different desserts.

Ingredients
• 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• Food coloring of your choice
• Top with my homemade stabilized whipped cream

Spring baking at its best 🌿
This Pistachio Cocktail Loaf Cake is incredibly moist, buttery, and full of pistachio flavor. Baked in my cocktail loaf pan, it makes the prettiest slender slices—perfect for garden parties, brunch tables, and spring or summer dessert spreads.

Quick Recipe:
3 cups Swan’s Down cake flour
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
½ cup finely chopped pistachios (in batter)

Bake at 325° for about 50–60 minutes.

Glaze:
1 tbsp melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream (microwave about 30 seconds)

Pour over warm cake and finish with ½ cup chopped pistachios on top.

Spring desserts just got cuter 🐣🌸

These Easter Cake Push Pops are the sweetest little addition to your dessert table! They’re super cute, easy to make, and both kids and adults love them. Perfect for Easter brunch, egg hunts, or spring garden parties 💐

I leveled mine up by using:

✨ Cake Ingredients:
• 2 boxes Betty Crocker White Cake Mix -Directions below PER box mix👇🏽
• Buttermilk (instead of water)
• 4 eggs
• ½ box instant cheesecake pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon almond extract
• ½ cup vegetable oil

Bake, cut out cake, and layer with buttercream divided into four spring colors (don’t forget the green for “grass” 💚). Add sprinkles + jelly beans on top for the cutest finish!

Simple. Festive. So good.

Spring is in the air 🌸✨

I made these Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Shooters for my first garden club meeting of the year, and let me tell you… they were the prettiest little desserts on the table. The soft pink cheesecake, the layers, that golden strawberry crunch on top, absolutely beautiful and DELICIOUS!❤️
