You asked, so here you go😊❤️ This is the recipe I used for my lettercakes, macarons and cupcakes at my old bakery in Pearland. We use to sell it by the tubs to other bakers and homemakers...YESSS it's that good! It's a very STABLE BUTTERCREAM that will hold up for hours at room temp, even in Texas☀️
3 sticks salted butter
1 32 oz bag of powdered sugar
1/2-1 cup heavy whipping cream (adjust accordingly)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (game changer)
