All tiered / stacked cakes start at a minimum of $60. Please note all confirmed orders require a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Balance to be paid five days to a week prior to pick-up or delivery. Delivery is available for an additional fee and will vary in price depending on the location of the event. On delivery / pick-up, No responsibility can be taken by my company
for any subsequent damage once the cake has been handed over to the customer or venue. Storage and Set up:
Decorated cake should be stored in a box in a cool room away from moisture, out of direct sunlight and spotlight. Transporting your cake:
If you are transporting the cake by yourself, place it on the floorboard of the vehicle and not on the seat. Do make sure your vehicle is cool. Drive with extreme caution and never leave a cake unattended a stationary vehicle, cake will melt from the heat. Shelf life:
Cakes should ideally be consumed within 3 days. Cutting:
Use a long sharp bladed serrated saw knife. Use a damp cloth to clean and moisten the blade between each cut - this will stop the knife dragging the cake crumbs. Use a sawing motion with the serrated blade. Don't just push the knife downwards and make sure to cut all the way to the base board. Non-edible:
The cake may include non-edible decorations which must be removed before the cake is cut and served.
