We've officially introduced TLF LIVE, bringing real-time experiences, meaningful conversations, and community connections directly into our very own app!
But here's what makes TLF LIVE different.
🌳 WE'RE BUILDING A HIGH-INTENT COMMUNITY.
The Livable Forest® was never designed to be another Facebook or Instagram.
We have the technology to support multiple simultaneous LIVE broadcasts, but our goal isn't to fill your feed with people broadcasting simply for the sake of being LIVE.
We believe that when someone goes LIVE, there should be something worth tuning in for.
Maybe it's a business owner teaching a workshop, a community leader sharing important information, an entrepreneur demonstrating a product, or someone taking us along to experience something happening in Greater Houston.
This is about purpose, participation, and meaningful connections.
🎥 AND YES, WE'RE INTRODUCING CREATOR MONETIZATION! 💰
We're taking things beyond traditional livestreaming with the TLF Creator Fund, our creator monetization program.
Here's how it works:
When an approved creator hosts an eligible LIVE broadcast, that video can become a replay available for the community to watch afterward.
Businesses and advertisers will have opportunities to purchase commercial placements on eligible LIVE replays.
As viewers watch those replays and qualifying paid advertisements are delivered, approved creators can earn a share of the verified advertising revenue.
💚 Our Creator Fund is designed around a 70/30 revenue split: 70% to the eligible creator and 30% to The Livable Forest®.
That means creators have the opportunity to earn from valuable content that continues reaching the community long after the original broadcast ends!
Creator earnings depend on qualifying paid advertising views—not simply the number of video views. Our replay advertising and Creator Fund payment integration is being finalized as part of the rollout.
📢 FOR BUSINESSES & ADVERTISERS
Imagine introducing your business through commercial placements on relevant community video content.
We're developing opportunities for businesses to purchase Quick Spot, Featured Spot, and Premier Spot advertisements that can appear on eligible LIVE replays.
It's another way for local businesses to connect with audiences while supporting the creators who contribute to our community.

🌳 WHO CAN GO LIVE?
🤝 OFFICIAL TLF PARTNERS
Starting Monday, October 19, approved Official Partners can begin broadcasting from their accounts!
Host workshops, showcase your expertise, share business experiences, and connect with your followers.
🎥 ANNUAL LIVE PASS HOLDERS
Not an Official Partner? Members can purchase an Annual LIVE Pass for $199/year, which includes up to four broadcasts per month, with a maximum of 60 minutes per broadcast.
An Annual LIVE Pass provides broadcasting access but does not automatically qualify a member for Creator Fund monetization.
🌟 COMMUNITY HOSTS
We're also introducing an earned broadcasting designation called Community Host.
This opportunity is designed for members who actively contribute to, engage with, and help grow The Livable Forest® community.
Community Hosts are selected and approved based on meaningful community participation not simply a purchased title.
We'll be sharing more about the qualifications, responsibilities, and opportunities associated with this designation very soon!
