These chocolate avocado pudding pops are silky, creamy, and deeply chocolaty. Ripe avocado creates an incredibly smooth texture while banana adds natural sweetness. A crisp chocolate coating and pistachios give the frozen pops a satisfying finish.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp pistachios

Procedure:
1. Blend avocado, banana, cocoa, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle molds.
4. Insert sticks.
5. Freeze for 5–6 hours.
6. Remove from molds.
7. Dip in melted dark chocolate.
8. Sprinkle with pistachios.
9. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
