This was made out of two cake tops and a little bit of leftover filling I had from a huge wedding cake I made. It was just an extra cake I took to my parents house for our family dinner. I piped out “happy sunday” because it wasn’t anybody’s birthday or a holiday. It was just us, getting together as a family. That Sunday just happened to be my grandfather’s very last Sunday on Earth with us. A Sunday I’ll never forget 🥺 “Así es la vida” he always said.
Love you gramps 🤍 we will miss you every day

The biggest cake I’ve ever decorated 🥹
I can’t take ALL the credit for this one though. This was baked at Roland’s Swiss Bakery. I’ve been working under some amazing pastry chefs who have taught me a lot in a very short amount of time. I’m still taking orders for small cakes! BUT, for inquiries of a cake this size please contact 😍
