Just a little heads-up that 2 Broke Sisters will NOT be at Bayou City Community Market on September 12th — but don’t worry, we won’t be gone for long! 🤎

We’ll be back September 26th with all your sourdough favorites, sweet treats, and more! 🍞🍪

We figured it was about time we introduced you to the magic behind our sourdough…

Meet Doughmione Granger. 🪄✨

She’s flour, water, wild yeast, and a whole lot of personality.

Keep her fed and happy, and she’ll reward you with lots of bubbly goodness that eventually becomes the sourdough you find on our market table. 🍞

It’s pretty amazing that something so simple can be the beginning of every loaf we make.

She may not know any actual spells, but turning flour and water into sourdough feels pretty magical to us.

The brightest starter of her age, indeed. ⚡️😂
