Good News Cookie update! 🍪 as Luloos Day & Night is shifting focus from their bakery, we wanted to let yall know that our baked goods will no longer be available there. But there’s exciting news ahead!

Y’alls favorite cookie baker and pastry maker is going to be joining as the Head Baker & Pastry Chef where he’ll continue to create all your favorite cookies and pastries! We’ll have the ones you know and love and some awesome new treats as well!!

It was always “see you later” 👋 😊 and never “goodbye” 😔

has brought to what is possibly the most favorite of our fan favorite cookies - the chocolate lover! 🍫 ❤️ 🤤

For the uninitiated, this was the result of Adam wanting to make the most chocolatey (but not too sweet) cookie possible - and our Good News Cookies customers will agree, he nailed it. Our chocolate lover cookie is made of

-Chocolate Dough
-Dark Chocolate Chip
-Milk Chocolate Chips
-Extra Dark Chocolate Ganache

In case you missed it, we are going to have our house white bread, The Good Loaf, this Sunday at the market— which is also our last pop-up!

If you haven’t tried it yet, the Good Loaf is a more all-purpose take on a loaf. Lovingly enriched with eggs, olive oil, and Texas honey— this loaf is tender and flavorful with a soft crust and crumb.

We will also have jalapeno cheddar loaves!

‼️MAJOR UPDATE— TLDR: April will be our final month doing Good News Cookies pop-ups. Come through!

The full scoop: As some of you already know, Adam recently joined the fam & took over as Head Baker over — since then, things have really taken off there & it didn’t take long for us to realize that we couldn’t keep Good News Cookies going the same way….Good News Cookies was always a means to an end— we didn’t know what it would look like, but we knew we wanted to get Adam’s name out there making good food and doing good things in Houston... We wanted good news. And, well, we got it. So, with that we close one chapter and begin another.

BUT before it’s all wrapped— we want to invite everyone to our final 2 pop-ups over with on 4/21 and 4/28 to celebrate and end things with a bang!

Market menu is already live for Sunday pre-orders!

(More info on the transition to come, but don’t hesitate to ask questions now)

ITS GON’ BE AN OATY WEEKEND!

Brown Butter Oatmeal Raisin back this weekend, by popular demand! Also by request, we are going to bring back the Seed + Toasted Oat loaf (📸2), featuring pumpkin, chia, sunflower, poppy seeds, toasted oats + a blend of wheat and white flour & enriched with coconut milk. It’s a power house loaf, that is oh so good for you.

Full menu:
📸1 Brown Butter Oatmeal Raisin Cookies — Us, and the fans of this cookie, would whole heartedly put this guy in competition as the best Oatmeal Raisin cookie on the planet. Slight oaty crunch, soft chewy interior with nutty and smoky brown butter, warm spices, and complex Sundried raisins. We won’t tell you the secret that makes this cookie so good. 😬
📸3 Chocolate Chip Cookies— if you haven’t had these yet, what the heck are you waiting for? COME THRU. Our CCs are butter forward, not too sweet, loaded with dark brown sugar, dark chocolate, with a soft center.
📸4 Brioche Cinnamon Rolls— what every cinnamon roll wishes they were, brioche! Super soft, buttery, filled with brown sugar, cinnamon, and topped with a luxurious vanilla bean creamcheese frosting.
📸5 Brown Butter Sugar Cookie. A simple classic is the perfect vessel to have our deep amber brown butter. Complex, buttery, delicious. One of the first to usually sell out.
📸6 Toffee Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookie— Our most fan favorite cookie. Roasted espresso, buttery toffee bits, and just the right amount of chocolate chips to round off your bite.
📸7 Pandan & Coconut— The comforting flavor of pandan is paired with its cousin, Keora, and its flavor soul mate coconut. Cool, but warm, simple, yet interesting, new but nostalgic. You probably haven’t had something that tastes like this before… but also maybe you have?🌴🥥
