Houston, TX – Lucy Pearls, a beloved Houston bakery and a Ronimo Enterprises venture, has announced the closure of its retail location at Post Houston by mid-October 2024. All pre-orders will be honored and delivered as scheduled. Customers can continue to book their Lucy Pearls experiences, order online, and pick up their favorite desserts at partnered locations, including Sweet Granny Bea's, Mr. Uno's BBQ, and Pablo's Mexican Restaurant.

Ronald and Nicole Morris, the visionary power couple behind Lucy Pearls, have made the decision to retire from retail operations to focus on family and philanthropic efforts.

Established in March 2018, Lucy Pearls began at local farmers markets and quickly grew into a powerhouse, becoming a celebrated destination for exceptional southern baked goods and unique culinary experiences in Houston.

During its tenure at Post Houston, the bakery achieved several notable milestones, including co-authoring the bestselling book *People, Purpose, and Profits* and launching the globally acclaimed “Lucy Pearls Experience,” a southern sweets and soulful stories event in partnership with Visit Houston.

The success of Lucy Pearls laid the foundation for other ventures under the Ronimo Enterprises umbrella, including Ronimo Holdings, Ronimo Land Development, the EDLU Foundation, and NDMORRIS and Associates.

While Lucy Pearls’ presence at Post Houston will be missed, Ronald and Nicole Morris are excited for the next chapter. They plan to spend more time with their 11 grandchildren and have hinted at a return to their roots by participating in local community farmers markets.
