Yesterday I organized this client’s sarees.
A saree is a traditional garment worn mainly by women in India It’s one of the oldest forms of clothing still in use today.
A saree is a long piece of fabric—usually about 5 to 9 yards (4.5 to 8 meters)—that is:
• Unstitched
• Draped around the body in a specific style
• Typically worn over a fitted blouse (called a choli) and a skirt underneath (called a petticoat).
A saree isn’t just clothing—it’s a symbol of:
• Tradition and heritage
• Elegance and femininity
• Cultural identity across South Asia.
People wear sarees for daily life, festivals, weddings, and formal events. ‎

I organized them in special bags designed to see which saree is inside each bag.
