Hi Community,
We have a self serve set up today, and will tomorrow as well. Right now, there are some great discounts on bread and pies that came back from our farmers market yesterday! Plus, complimentary coffee so help yourself and enjoy our outdoor seating for however long you feel like chilling 🌺
We realize we have gone silent on you for a couple of weeks, we truly didn't mean too. Can't share everything going on behind our scenes, but please know we are doing our best. We have so much more we want to offer you but are simply unable for the moment. It is still just the two of us holding things down, but we have a couple people joining our team next week. We need more staff still, so keep your fingers crossed for great people to join us. For anyone who has read this far, thank you for your patience and understanding, we are so grateful for you and hope to serve you better very soon!

We’re looking for 1–2 new team members to join the whole-house crew at Chloe’s Kitchen in Hotchkiss! This is a hands-on position that mixes a little bit of everything—from baking, to prepping for and assembling made to order and prepared foods, to kitchen upkeep and serving coffee/drinks.

If you have any cooking and/or barista experience you'll be a great fit. Inexperienced applicants needn't worry- we’re here to train and support the right person who brings curiosity, commitment, and a love for kitchen work.

This part-time role (20–30 hrs/week) is perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, learn new skills, contribute to something bigger than themselves, and build an awesome team. We take pride in making beautiful, nourishing food—and having fun while we do it.
These positions offer room for advancement in hours and responsibilities as our menu and market activity increase.

Some of the tasks you might take on:
– Mixing, portioning, and finishing baked goods with care
– Morning or evening prep to help open or close the kitchen
– Keeping stations tidy and stocked
– Helping with dishwashing and general kitchen flow
– Pitching in during slower hours with drink service or customer support

We’re especially excited about candidates who are:
– Reliable and very communicative
– Able to lift 40+ lbs and be on their feet for most of a shift
– Able to quickly shift from working solo to with the team
– Teachable, and open to ongoing guidance on their work until impeccable result is achieved

While the kitchen team holds things down behind the scenes, this role is all about connection—it’s customer-facing, fast-paced, and centered around creating a warm, welcoming experience. If you love being in the middle of the action, chatting with regulars, pulling espresso shots, and appreciate keeping things clean and beautiful up front—we’d love to meet you.
It shares the same team-driven energy and pace as our back-of-house role, but with a focus on hospitality, attention to detail, consistently providing high quality service, and creating a space our customers love to walk into. Greetings, Community! Just a quick note from all of us at Chloe’s Kitchen 💛

We’ll be closed this week as we get everything in place to shift into our full-time schedule and prep for an exciting farmers market season ahead! There is a lot to organize, renew, and fine-tune behind the scenes.

A huge thank you for the incredible turnout over Easter weekend—it filled our hearts (and ovens!) to the brim.

We’ll be back at it next week, and from then on, you can find us:
