august specials !! this is probably the best month yet

• sweet corn infused cake with blueberry basil compote, lime curd, and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. sweet corn from our favorite stand on the side of the road (decorated like the photo but a round cake instead)
• brown butter walnut chocolate chip cookies. made with wisconsin grown & milled spelt flour from Meadowlark Mill and Farm
• rerun of the wisconsin cheddar sourdough since that was so popular, but with chives from the garden this time

orders will be available for pickup the evening of Friday, August 15th or the morning of Saturday, August 16th. some items are limited so first come first serve! message me to order or with questions🌽

i’ll be hosting my first class with Givens Farm this july!! you’ll get hands-on experience making my perfect pie crust recipe, and you’ll learn all about how to use the fresh fruits and veggies from your garden/the farmers’ market to make a delicious rustic galette like those shown below! samples, tips, and recipes included

june specials !! this month is all about the end of rhubarb season (😔) and that start of strawberry season (😀)

• olive oil & pink peppercorn cupcakes, with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream & strawberry rhubarb lime jam (contains nuts)
• brown butter toffee cornflake cookies that taste like kettle corn
• rhubarb scones with strawberry vanilla glaze

!!! new monthly specials !!!

hi everyone! since my schedule is a little more limited this year, i wanted to create an opportunity where you all can still order some favorites! for the next few months, i’ll be featuring a special cake flavor, cookie, and an extra item that’ll be available for pickup on a specific weekend. these items will also feature local wisconsin ingredients, like seasonal fruits, cheeses, and grains, when possible🍓🌾

for may, the specials are:
• brown butter pistachio cake with chocolate ganache and toasted buttercream
• brown butter chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (made with locally grown oats)
• wisconsin cheddar sourdough loaf

*pickup will be available the afternoon of friday, may 23rd and the morning of saturday, may 24th*
