Good afternoon everyone! Normally this weekend would be my bread market, however, I will be attending a conference out of town this week so I can’t make it.

This weekend is the first market of the season at Hoquiam Farmers Market! Make sure to check it out this Sunday!

Good afternoon everyone! This is a bit of a late post, as this week got away from me! But I will be selling bread at two locations this weekend!

Tonight I will be at Steam Donkey Brewing Company from 7-10pm for their night market!

And tomorrow I will be back at Solid Coffee from 10am-2pm!

Also, I’ll have a limited amount of Sourdough Chocolate Guinness Cakes with Bailey’s Irish Cream Frosting! 🧁 You do not want to miss these!

Y'all, our late night markets are back for spring with vendors, beers, and yummy eats!

Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 16th from 7-10pm to come hang with us. Local vendors will be chillin' at the brewery, beers will be flowing and Finch & Bull will be open late! Our markets are always a fun break from the norm and offer a unique way to support local products.

You are not going to want to miss this!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I am going to be renewing my cottage license prior to its expiration in May. The way the cottage license works is that it is valid for two years and I must submit all my recipes with the application to be approved. With that being said, I am looking to expand and add more items with my renewal application.

This past weekend I tested out various mini sourdough cakes. I made the following styles:

* Strawberry Cake
* Coffee Crumb Cake
* Blueberry Crumble Cake
* Lemon Glazed Cake
* Carrot Cake with Walnuts & Raisins
* Vanilla Cake with Buttercream Frosting
* Chocolate Cake with Brigadeiro Frosting
* Chocolate Guiness Cake with Irish Cream Frosting

I am looking for ideas on what you might be interested in seeing in cake or bread form going forward!

Also, I plan on having a limited amount of free cake samples (two styles) available at my pop-up markets at Solid Coffee from now until I renew my license at the end of May and the outdoor farmer's market starts up outside Vasa Hall!

Good afternoon everyone! I have two loaves of pumpkin spiced sourdough available if you’re looking for something fun to bring to Thanksgiving! $18 each.

Also, with Thanksgiving being tomorrow, I’ll be scaling back the number of loaves I’ll be bringing to Sunday Market at Solid Coffee. So if there is something specific you’d like, let me know by Friday morning and I’ll make sure and set it aside!
