As some of you may already know, I no longer own Kim’s Ice Cream and Sweets Shoppe. After much consideration I decided to sell the Shoppe. It is now called Momma J’s Sweet Shoppe and owned by a former employee Jill Loeschner. I ask that each of you give her the chance that you gave me.
I would not trade my time spent providing Hopkinsville with sweet items, cakes, casseroles, and lunches for nothing. However, at this time in my life I have to let go and take the next step towards preparing for retirement. It has been a blast and it is with bittersweet emotions that I say goodbye.
I appreciate each and every one of you that have crossed that threshold on 6th street. I will never forget the wonderful memories that have been made.
