You all loved these so much at last weekend's Farmers Market, that I just had to make them a permanent fixture on my site! 🍰

-Low-Carb Sourdough Glazed Donut Bars.
I fry them in avocado and coconut oils so they're as healthy as can be, then dip them in a sweet vanilla glaze for a decadent treat! 🍩

-NEW Low-Carb Maple Pecan Sticky Buns
You all have been loving these, too! I don't blame you, with a soft cinnamon roll, decadent homemade sugar-free caramel sauce, and crunchy pecans, what's not to love? 🥮

-NEW Keto N'oatmeal Creme Pies. These have sold out every week that I have taken them to Market, so they're staying put! I take a soft, buttery cookie and add sliced almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, and hulled h**p hearts to give the same texture as oats- without the carb load! I then take sugar-free marshmallow fluff and whip it into my homemade sugar-free vanilla frosting and sandwiched between. So.Delicious and better than what's in the big box stores. 🤤
