At Piper’s bread, quality and community comes first. Everything that comes out of our ovens is always homemade from scratch and made with 100% locally grown wheat. Order now or call to subscribe for weekly deliveries every Friday! Our order window closes at noon on Wednesday every week so make sure to act fast!

Due to the acidity achieved by our starter and extended cold fermentation process, our sourdough has a much longer shelf life than bread made with dried yeast. If stored properly it can easily last four or five days before it even begins to stale! But at that point it’s perfect to use for an amazing French toast! There’s still a few hours left to place your order for this Friday at pipersbread.com and don’t worry if you miss the cut off because it’s never too early to place an order for next week!

We’re excited to announce that pipers bread is now serving fresh bagels! Check out our menu for all of our flavors! These are traditional boiled bagels flavored with barley malt and naturally leavened with our house sourdough for a complex flavor profile. Boiled with malt syrup for a thick, chewy crust. Our bagels are perfect for making a breakfast sandwich or just toasted with a schmear of cream cheese!

Hey! It’s Piper from Piper’s Bread! I’m sorry we were gone for so long. Our three week scheduled vacation to the pacific north west ended with us catching Covid and having to quarantine for an extra two weeks. Fortunately we’re back! As an apology we’re giving a free loaf of bread to the first 10 people who like and comment on this post! Bread will be delivered on Wednesday 9/27 by 6 pm. Must live within delivery radius for local delivery. We have classic artisan, classic pan, multigrain, and crazy raisin available to choose from!

Last week we started offering our specialty sourdough pan loafs and the Crazy Raisin became a quick favorite! This loaf is sweetened with locally produced honey and swirled with raisins, craisins, cinnamon and cardamom. It’s great just toasted with butter but makes a delicious French toast!
