It may be almost Christmas but with the lack of snow we currently have in the Hudson Valley it’s making me reminisce this lemon raspberry cake we did for a wedding in July of 2020. Unfortunately they just kept it small due to COVID but in 2021 they were able to have the full celebration and we got to do their cake for round two!
