From custom decorated cookies to gourmet baked goods, each order is made with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Payments: Please place all orders 14 days prior to the event date to ensure time management. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the final price will be due at time of order to secure a calendar date on the schedule. Final payments will be made 72 hours before pick-up/deliv
ery. We do make exceptions on a case by case basis for short suspense orders. For all short suspense orders full payment will be made up front and a $15.00 rush order fee will be applied. Returns: There are no returns on perishable items once the product is received by the customer. If there is a discrepancy with a particular product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and you will be assisted with receiving a replacement product. Refunds: We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away! Cancellations/Changes: We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone or email prior to 2:00 pm, 3 business days before your event or delivery date. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.
