ALL Contracts will be adjusted and signed for all weddings and orders from here on out.
I am a mom of two young children, work a full-time job and also run my business alone. I have smaller orders along with brides for the year of 2024 and on.
ALL CALLS will be scheduled ahead of time. I work and have obligations 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and Have 30+ messages at the end of each day and It is impossible for me to answer them all and tend to my children.
Calls will involve your order information ONLY. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to speak about personal matters.
For Weddings expect:
1 initial phone call to schedule a tasting date and go over retainer
A cake tasting involves meeting in person to go over details.
All adjustments before wedding can be sent BY EMAIL ONLY and expect a 3-5 business day’s for response.
Additional Phone calls can he made my appointment through Email Only.
A details phone call will be Set a month before your wedding date.
2 Week check in text message will occur before wedding date.
Day of Calls or txt as needed between Myself and Bride/coordinator.
Unfortunately, past and recent events have lead this to be the new Expectation. I unfortunately don’t have unlimited time in my day to reach out to each bride multiple times a week.
I appreciate all the supprt and growth thats been possible by all of my amazing clients.
Im currently debating if 2025 will involve offering wedding services or not. If you already have a 2025 wedding booked it WILL NOT effect you.
