Orders through Thanksgiving are now live! We will be OPEN, straight through, this Wed, 11/18 to Wed, 11/26.

We will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving, 11/27 and Friday, 11/28.

Our service hours will remain the same: 10am to 6pm every day. Not every item on our menu is ready when we open. PLEASE 🙏 consult our bake schedule to determine when your items will be ready.

We will begin taking orders for the weekend AFTER Thanksgiving on Tuesday, 11/25 at 9am.

Brown Butter Oat—“Country bread leveled-up” is how a friend described this loaf.

Our naturally-leavened Country dough is a changing mixture of whole wheat, rye and bread flours. After mixing, we add oatmeal cooked in brown butter for added richness and complexity.

The fully-cooked starches in the oatmeal create a moist, very soft crumb and the rolled oats on the crust add a toasty, nutty flavor.

Also, due to the oatmeal inclusion, this loaf keeps exceptionally well.
