Happy Retirement!!

This American Flag cake was 2 tier, each tier consisted of 3 layers of cake wrapped in fondant. The cupcakes and first tier are made with a vanilla butter cake. The second tier was a chocolate fudge cake infused with Kona coffee. The frosting for both cake and cupcakes was Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The flag and details were made with vanilla fondant.

The North Shore is breathtaking, picturesque, and magical, there is music in the air there! A perfect 40th Birthday cake for the beach lover while “enjoying” lockdown on Oahu!!

I made a 3 layer chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache. The frosting is Swiss Meringue Buttercream, graham crackers were use for the sand. The rest of the beach items were all made out of fondant!
