FAVORITE errand lunch in is in Cherry Creek! I stumbled across this bodega and eatery/coffee shop while shopping it seriously has everything! My fav thing to eat is the chicken ceaser wrap and I bought some at the bodega for some extra crunch on the side. To drink I got a decaf iced Americano with protein cold foam! Most delicious protein coffee I’ve ever bought! Def want to try re-making at home! feel free to send me some anytime haha!

This past summer I had the privilege of visiting Amsterdam with my family! It was mostly vacation but we also got to met some friends of ! This day we visited The Hague and stopped by my mom’s friend’s home! It was full of the most gorgeous antiques and paintings. She treated us to coffee and my all time favorite dessert, Dutch Apple Pie! It was delicious of course!! And this pic of my dad says it all!

HEALTHY PANCAKES!!! All natural, no sugar added, and takes basically no time! All you need is 3 eggs, 1 banana, and flour (of your choice), 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, dash of cinnamon and u can add protein powder if u want! Blend it all together in a blender! If you don’t have a blender you can mash the bananas with the 3 eggs then add the rest of the ingredients. Sometimes I add chocolate chips!

My favorite gluten free drop chocolate biscuits! These are made with almond flour and a few other simple ingredients!!! Cook and prep time is under an hour total! I got this recipe from “The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook” by absolutely fabulous book! Very helpful for anyone who is gluten free or just trying to eat healthy! I swapped out the agave for monkfruit sugar and they turn out great!
