Just in time for Easter!

Thank you everyone who came out and showed us some support today. It was a lot of fun being back open, we can’t wait to continue to serve our Throop residents and surrounding communities! We hope everyone enjoyed their treats and sweets, we have a small amount of things left for today but we will back again tomorrow from 9am-2pm. We will be stocked full of fresh cinnamon buns!

Yes! The wait is over! Come see us at our new location, 737 Dunmore Street in Throop. We are open Thursday-Saturday from 10AM-6PM, Sundays from 9AM-2PM. Please be patient with us as we are still in the process of unpacking and getting things just so! We are so happy to be back in our kitchen baking all of your favorite confections!

A few important notes as we open today,
⭐️ We are a very small team, but we work hard. Please be kind and patient with us as we try and serve you. The possibility of selling out is high, please be kind if you don’t see what you came for. We are limiting our best selling items to 2 per person to be able to serve as many as we can today. We will keep our Facebook up to date with our inventory if we sell out and we will more than likely close early.
⭐️ Please do not park in the alley, or on the Main Street where it may block or obstruct traffic in any way. We have a parking lot behind the building.
⭐️ Please use caution when entering and exiting through the alley and always watch out for cars.
⭐️ We will not be serving any ice cream yet, we will announce in the near future when we will start serving.
⭐️ Lastly, thank you all so much for the support, we wouldn’t be here without any of you! Stay safe and eat cake 🎂

Getting closer!

We decided to hang our original sign up in our new storefront, to remember where we came from and to celebrate how far we’ve come. We have so much more growing, learning, and succeeding to do. We wouldn’t be able to do it without our loyal customers, who support us and encourage us to be the best we can be! ... With that said, please bare with us as we prepare to open and finish our final details in the store. We promise there is no one more excited than us, but want to make sure we are prepared and ready to open, to ensure that we run smoothly and efficiently for everyone! Stay tuned everyone! We are hoping to expand our line of products to offer you more of the Day’s favorites you remember as well as adding some new items soon to become your favorites! It has been a privilege to work in conjunction with Anything Cake and these two ladies!

It’s hard trying to find the right words to say here ..but we are so thankful for the business we’ve had here in Carbondale! If you’ve visited our shop then you know that these three people are the Anything Cake team! If you’ve had anything from our shop, it’s been made by one of us! We are a small three man team but we work very hard at what we do! ..Always serving you with the best desserts and cakes possible.. We are very excited for what’s coming next, as we grow our business and our team! Thank you all for the incredible support! Follow along with us as we close our chapter here in Carbondale and open a new one in Throop! ❤️

Hello everyone! We’d like to announce that January 30th will be our last day open at our location in Carbondale. We will officially be moving to our new location in Throop! We are so excited to show everyone what we have been working on. We will have a short closure of our storefront while we finish perfecting it for our grand reopening! We will NOT stop taking custom orders and will be able to set up pickups or free delivery while we have our short intermission. We will still be working out of an inspected and licensed kitchen. We’d like to thank the Carbondale community again for the incredible business that we had here and for supporting us so greatly! We are so excited for the future and what it holds for us, as we move into an even better building! Stay up to date with us as we post more about our reopening! .. with that being said we will be stocked full of all of our customer favorites this weekend! Be sure to stop by for some treats and see us before our move !

We are excited to announce that we will have the following danish and logs available for in store pick up on either Thursday Dec. 23rd or Friday Dec. 24. All orders must be placed by Sunday Dec. 19th by 2 PM. Orders can be picked up from 10AM-6PM on the 23rd and from 10AM-1PM on the 24th. You may place orders by sending a message to Day’s Bakery or by calling Anything Cake at (570)280-2123. Feel free to leave a voice mail if nobody is available to answer your call. Please do not place orders to Anything Cake via Facebook messenger as it will not be confirmed or processed. We are offering the following items:

We will have our famous lebkuchen cookies available beginning this Friday, December 3, for both in store pick up (Anything Cake, 9 Park Place, Carbondale PA) or shipping. You may place orders by calling Anything Cake at (570) 280-2123 OR by sending us a private message via Facebook to Day’s Bakery. Anything Cake no longer accepts orders via Facebook, sorry for any inconvenience. The price will $22 per each dozen, $11 per half dozen and $2 per individual cookie. Standard USPS shipping rates will apply for all orders being mailed. Shipping will be available for U.S. addresses only.
We will also be making butter press cookies (topped with traditional chocolate icing or with candied red cherries or green pineapple) available for order to be picked up in store. We will offer shipping for butter press cookies, however; keep in mind that they are a relatively delicate cookie and we can not Guarantee pristine conditions upon arrival. Butter press are $20 per pound (plus shipping if being mailed).

Today at Anything Cake, we are featuring Day’s Bakery maple nut logs and danish, peanut butter danish, coconut and lemon stix and chocolate butter press cookies while supplies last! We are no longer accepting orders and we are unable to answer the phone today. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Happy thanksgiving everyone! We are located at 9 Park Place in Carbondale.
