VD’s employee of the year!!!!!!! Thank you all for another great week selling out at the market! My husband, Joey, ran the tent while I was barista next door at ! Let me know if you’re interested in seeing bolillos on the menu! We stuffed ours with arrachera, had them with butter for breakfast, & tore off pieces throughout the day since we couldn’t stop 😂

Crispy crust, super soft interior, perfect size for personal portions without the annoying cutting of regular loaves 🤪

Another super special week for me at the bakery🥹
I sold out of bread for the first time, which is an inventory based off of my true maximum capacity with my current resources. It really sunk in for me when I had labelled all of the bread bags before packing & the stack of bags was… a STACK😂❤️
