Throwback Thursday 🛠️
Before there were loaves coming out of the oven, there was a whole lot of building to do.
From plumbing and pouring floors to raising walls, installing siding, and all the countless little jobs in between, our bakery was built one piece at a time—and with plenty of helping hands along the way.

Looking back at these photos, it’s hard to believe that this construction site became the place where we now spend our days milling grain, mixing dough, and baking bread.
There’s something pretty special about knowing the story behind the walls. 🤍
