We will be sending them delicious sourdough bread flavors Plain, Jalapeño Cheddar, Rosemary Parmesan and Blueberry Lemon this week!

Also some yummy Sourdough English Muffins and *NEW Cinnamon Roll Focaccia in large 8x8 pans and individual sizes!

You want to get serious about a dream or aspiration….? Be willing to work harder than anyone else at it. Early mornings, late nights, sacrificing time you’d rather be “having fun” to work toward it and of course most importantly, lots of prayers 🙏 ❤️👍🏼

Early morning Costco run this am when I would have rather slept in because my schedule at my job this week will not allow for it without sacrificing bakery time that will be desperately needed this very busy week!

We be getting to Clean Plate Nutrition a bit later this week on THURSDAY ❤️ And we will have delicious breads and goodies to Maplehofe Dairy Farm store later this week as well (days TBD and we will let you know ASAP 🙂).

Lastly we will be OPEN this Saturday having “Peach-Palooza” at our main location in Holtwood for our awesome customers! PRE-ORDERS open at 8pm this evening and are encouraged if you want to secure the baked goods!

Prepare yourselves for 🍑Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls, Peach Crisp, Peach & Raspberry Baked Oatmeal, Peach Streusel Muffins and of course Sourdough Bread in a variety of Flavors!

We did a thing today…..❤️😍❤️ Since last September we have been making our current space work. Mis-matched storage in three different rooms, fridges and freezers in our garage, lots of extra steps to get things done…

With our communities support our little bakery has grown exponentially and we are beyond grateful and excited for what the future holds.

The people have spoken…high quality, organic, small batch, local ingredient breads and baked goods are what they want! And we are happy to oblige!

Follow along with us over the next few weeks as we transform an unused space in our home to an efficient, beautiful and much needed bakery space!

We have been baking everything out of our homes double ovens… and we have outgrown them by far. We are hoping to transform our 12-16 bake days to something along the lines of half of that with these upgrades and regain some precious family time and sanity!

We look forward to serving our retail partners more effectively and having all the delicious goodies you’ve come to expect… and getting a little bit more sleep at night 😂❤️

📣‼️📣UPDATE…. The goods will be there at 11:30, I am en route got a tad bit behind this morning. We hope everyone gets what they want and has a blessed day!

Quarryville and surrounding peeps are you excited for tomorrow’s bread and baked goods drop at Maplehofe Dairy Farm Store?!? 😍👍🏼😍 we are aiming to be there between 10am and 10:30am. Of course I will post when we have arrived!

Thursday we will be dropping off lots of bread… 40+ loaves to be exact of Classic Plain, Blueberry Lemon, Rosemary Parmesan, and Everything Bagel sourdough baked fresh early in the am!

We will also have ….

-Sourdough Cinnamon rolls in original flavor in four packs and singles!

-Sourdough English muffins in four and six packs

-Glorious morning ☀️muffins in four packs and singles

—Sourdough double chocolate 🍫 muffins in four packs and singles

Working today at my “main gig!” If you didn’t know, I work full time as a nurse anesthesiologist!

I have been blessed to have this amazing career for 14+ years now that I have so much passion for. I do all different types of anesthesia, but I spend a lot of my time doing cardiac procedures including open heart surgery and many very interesting minimally invasive procedures in the cardiac cath labs. I also enjoy Obstetric anesthesia and placing epidurals 🙂

I am glad I have this creative baking outlet and this passion for baking that lets me blow off some steam from my main gig!
