Hello my sugary sweet friends 👋🏼
We have taken a nice little break to enjoy baby loves👶🏼 of course my brain doesn’t understand “break” fully 😆 so this mama’s brain thought about this little bakery a lot! And we are making some changes!
The biggest and most exciting change is our new online order site! 🎉 This site will have everything we offer from cookie drops to decorated cookie orders to holiday menus and the available days those items could be picked up. It’s super simple AND accepts credit/debit cards as well (previous payment options are all still an option). I really wanted to do this to offer and showcase the gourmet cookie drops I plan to start doing which leads me into my next bit…
A little over two years ago (how has it already been two years of baking for you all!?), I started this bakery to take something that made me happy and share it with the world. I initially started with our gourmet cookies 🍪 and it progressed into adding on decorated sugar cookies. And while I love the decorated sugar cookies and all the variety of fun themes, it wasn’t the initial purpose or drive of this bakery. Don’t worry, I’m not getting rid of them! My goal moving forward is to have a more balanced offering as baking the gourmet cookies brings me as much, if not more, joy as seeing the finished product of a decorated set. Therefore, I will be doing “cookie drops” on a regular basis which offers certain cookies during that drop for customers to choose from and place their order to pick up on specific set dates.
Lastly, I have raised the price of a decorated cookie order to better align with costs and time spent. Please note, while this is an increase in price it is still lower than comparable bakers in the area.
We are so grateful for all of you and your continued support as we grow this bakery!
