Homemade Sous Vide Egg Bites with Bacon and Gruyere taste better than the ones from Starbucks- Both husband and baby approve! These egg bites are full of bacon, cheesy, custard like goodness. Yum!

Baking looks a little different lately... and I wouldn’t have it any other way! My husband and I are expecting our firstborn in February which makes these moments so precious. Pictured is my bump (Baby H) and a partially finished Homemade Apple Pie! What are some of your favorite desserts to make for the holidays!? Saturday night was a Barbie Mermaid 4th Birthday Party for my niece, Cecilia! I created a beach themed mermaid cake and she loved it! Cake: Alternating layers of Vanilla cake with sprinkles (Confetti) and Strawberry Cake. Frosting: Vanilla. (Mermaid Barbie is a toy.) 🎉

I made a Minecraft birthday cake and cupcakes for my nephew’s 7th birthday! Level 1: Blue Jell-O for the “water.” Level 2: Rice Krispie Treats for the “Sand/dry area.” Level 3: Vanilla cake with sprinkles (Confetti) and vanilla frosting for the “Land/Mining areas.” Happy Birthday, Noah!

Last weekend, was such an honor to make Brian Rohac’s 60th Journey Lineman Birthday Cake and to collaborate with one of my talented friends, ! Jeremy created the centerpiece (literally😂) for this cake. A hand-sculpted journey lineman with as much personal details to Brian as possible- down to his facial features! The cake was a traditional white cake with a Brown Sugar Buttercream.
