Ridiculously excited about this cake! I just happened to splash some edible metallic color on part of the last cake I did, and I said to myself, "Hmmm, imagine metallic splashes ALL over a BLACK cake!" Luckily for me, my very next cake order was one that left the designing totally up to me in every way....and here is what I came up with! Happy Anniversary Elliot and Daniel!!! Love ya!

Was designing a vegan cake for a little boy's 1st birthday, and for some reason, a tiger came into my mind immediately. Then I decided I wanted to make it a white tiger. And then I decided I wanted to make it a white tiger cub because, well, he's only 1!

I have been creating vegan birthday cakes for Joshua since his 1/2-birthday (Yes..since he was a half-year old!). He is a very special customer of mine, and this year, Dr. Seuss was the theme!
