✨SOURDOUGH TANGZHONG ROLLS✨

These rolls are sooo fluffy and soft thanks to the tangzhong. Tangzhong is a roux made up of flour and water or milk. The roux pre cooks the flour to help it absorb all the liquid to lock the moisture in these rolls leading to the perfect soft roll!

I’ll have these at my pop up this weekend April 3 at savage designs! These rolls would pair perfect with Easter dinner or even brunch. I’ll also have sourdoughnuts and maybe another surprise treat 😉
