The name, AlliCakes, comes from my youngest daughter, Allison. When she was a baby we called her Allicakes. I was having a hard time coming up with a name for my cupcake business and my husband, Ross, suggested AlliCakes. A little more background on me.......I have 5 children. The youngest boys are a set of identical twins. I have loved baking since I was very little. In fact, my parents have a pi

cture of me, standing by the mixer, covered in flour. I am a registered nurse, but quit my job to stay home when I had my twins. I'm not ready to go back to work and I wanted something I could do out of my home, and that's where I came up with the idea of starting my own cupcake business. I hope you all enjoy my sweet treats!!!
