It’s Ramp time! Wild ramps are my favorite flavor profile for my sourdough bread. It has this garlicky/oniony flavor that pairs gloriously w sharp cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, we can only get for a short window once a year. I’m thankful to my sweetheart of a husband who’s going to go out of his way to get me some goods each week as long as they’re good. Seeded Rye & Dubliner Cheese & Dill dough babies are all tucked in the fridge ready for tomorrow’s bake. I made some smaller loaves of both flavors a the extra dough. Pickup starts at 1pm tomorrow and will be set up in my home bc of cold 🥶 weather. I hope to see you all wearing green tomorrow! 🍀
