Starting on the bread today!
Did you know that true sourdough takes a long time because there is a fermentation process, where the wild yeasts consume the sugars in the flour to transform the dough's structure, flavor, and nutrition. The gluten and protein is broken down making the bread easier to digest, and easier for your body to access the nutrients. When you purchase sourdough bread at the store, it often just has sourdough flavoring added to yeast bread!

Stop by the Waukazoo Market and purchase your sourdough baked goods this Saturday, Oct 10th. If you still want to order, the link is in the comments. Order by tonight!
