Getting myself ready to bake. Today I am baking a white chocolate matcha latte loaf as an experiment, several rosemary olive oil loaves to be sold, and sourdough potato chip sugar cookies. But first I need to fuel up with some toast made out of our new cayenne pepper cheese loaf.

Tomorrow I will attempt to bake my second “cozy loaf.” This time the bread will be a chocolate sourdough loaded with marshmallow in an attempt to mimic something tasting sort of like hot cocoa.

I guess there really is too much of a good thing. I loaded the bread too much with apples and walnuts and it didn’t quite rise to the occasion. It’s back to the drawing board to adjust the ratios and see if I can make this dream come true. Well, at least the house smells like delicious apple pie now. That’s always a bonus

Adding the inclusions into what I hope will become a tasty oatmeal bread. This bread, once it’s baked, will have: steel cut oats, cinnamon, Granny Smith apples, honey, and walnuts. I will be adding rolled oats to the crust when it is time to bake.

Wow! Ninja Turtles are my favorite. This is so creative. For all those 90s kids out there, which was your favorite!

When your husband wants to be more involved in the business so you ask him to bake some loaves while you're gone and give him full creative freedom.
