💚 Bake Ability is growing — and we’re looking for amazing people to grow with us! 💚

Our bakery is powered by our neurodiverse team, and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers to support them 1–2 shifts per week. If you love helping others shine, building confidence, and being part of a joyful workplace, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re also expanding our Recipe for Life training program!
If you are CFSM‑certified in food safety or have experience teaching food establishment policies and procedures — and you’re interested in becoming a paid job coach — we’d love to talk with you.

📍 Stop by and see us at the Doylestown Music Fest "Rock the Block" event, where we'll have a variety of your favorite baked treats available.

🎭 Then, if you're heading to the show tonight at Town & Country Players, be sure to look for our Bake Ability goodies there as well!

🌟 A huge shoutout to Zach! 🌟

Zach is a student at New Hope-Solebury School District and has been completing his work hours here at Bake Ability for his senior project. Recently, he took on an incredible challenge—organizing a special bakery order for the teachers and staff at his school.

Not only did Zach successfully sell over 150 bakery items, but he also personally organized and hand-delivered each order himself! 👏🍪🧁

We are so proud of the hard work, initiative, and professionalism Zach demonstrated throughout this project. Opportunities like these help build valuable job skills, confidence, and independence, and Zach absolutely knocked it out of the park.
Thank you to the amazing teachers and staff who supported this and to Zach for representing Bake Ability so well. We can't wait to see what he accomplishes next!
