Come on now…George’s wife said there is only 65 people attending the L36 A Warriors Way Gala on the 30th of May!

65 people? Thats nothing compared to what some benefits see come through! This gala doesn’t benefit his family but families that go through losing loved ones in the line of duty! This is an absolute great cause!

And yours truely….will be serving up some delivous desserts!

Yall this mama is a nervous wreck! Some people may know but some of our customers may not!

Our sweet Hazel Marie who is 3 has to have open heart surgery and today we got the extent of why…..and the date!!

On June 25th we will bring our baby to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans where they will cut our babies chest open not only to repair a heart murmur but to also move and repair some veins and vessels around because they aren’t in the right place and her little heart is pumping too much blood through her pulmonary arteries and into her lungs. They consider her in Congestive Heart Failure right now!

If everyone could please keep our little family in your prayers at this time. We would greatly appreciate it!

But also please give this mama something to bake over the next few weeks to keep my mind busy busy because it’s summer time and I’m also out of work! So I have way too much time on my hands for something like this!

I have written this several times and before I can finish it disappears and I have to start all over again!

So here it goes again….last week a mama wrote me on Wednesday needing some cupcakes for that Saturday! Three days…definitely not enough time for me to get cupcake toppers so of course I tried my best to make them!

The mom said “shes a tomboy but she wants SOFTBALL, PINK & BOWS”

So that’s what the birthday girl got!

This is 2 dozen cupcakes, 1/2 Chocolate & 1/2 Vanilla with PINK Vanilla Buttercream, Royal Icing SOFTBALL cookies, PINK glitter sprinkles & PINK sugar BOWS!
