Spread the love the Jersey way today and everyday, but especially for Mother’s Day because after all, a dozen bagels is better than a dozen roses.

About Us

In the 1930s, a large influx of Lebanese citizens immigrated to Puebla, Mexico, bringing with them their culture and cuisine. They introduced the region to many of their dishes, notably their classic shawarma & flour-based pita bread, known as tacos arabes. So, we found it really fascinating that this relatively significant pocket of Mexican-Lebanese fusion cuisine has remained so well hidden.

This is our interpretation of this nearly 100-year-old cuisine, and we are really proud to have the opportunity to showcase our culinary voice in Hoboken.
