My ultimate favorite muffin is Lemon Poppy Seed so I was determined to try out my muffin recipe with this flavor and it surprisingly came it pretty good for a trail run! A few tweaks & I think they’ll be perfect!

-Bread from stores nowadays doesn’t even mold anymore. How many preservatives are they using in our foods to cause them to practically NEVER mold?! Gross.

And personally I feel like bread from the store also has NO flavor.. mine on the other hand actually has flavor… & made with love. ☺️
