A little about the people behind Miss Louise Bakery!

My name is Abby Johnson and I started this as a way to remember my great grandmother who taught me to bake when I was little! She recently passed in January of 2026 and I wanted everyone to share in the memory that her treats held with me!

I dream to open up a bakery one day and to have her name (Miss Louise) mean something to everyone else as much as it means to me!

I knew her as Muh, her community knew her as Miss Louise but she was a daughter, mom, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother! Muh I miss you every day and am reminded of you with every treat I make whether that’s a cookie, cake, Rice Krispie treat or cupcake.

I can hear her saying, “Measure with your heart” (especially with vanilla)!

Thank you for joining me on this journey! I hope y’all enjoy everything that we have to offer!
