Crumb & Co. is headed to the Hilton Head Plantation Trash & Treasure Sale!

I’ll be at the Plantation House this Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM with fresh-baked Artisan Sourdough Loaves and Sourdough Bagels.

Want to make sure you get yours? Get your order in ahead of time and I’ll have it ready for pickup at the sale.

I’ll have extras available for walk-ups, but once they’re gone, they’re gone. I'll also do a Pickup option at the Hilton Head Island Rec Center as access to HHP requires a gate pass.

There’s something about a good sourdough flûte.

Thin, crackly crust. Light, chewy center. Just enough tang. And that shape makes it perfect for tearing, dipping, sandwiches, or just ripping off a piece while it’s still warm.

Made by hand, fermented slowly, and baked until it has that deep golden crust I’m always chasing.

These are definitely staying in the rotation.

Every loaf is mixed, folded, shaped, and scored by hand. Slowly. Intentionally and with no shortcuts.
