The Accidental Baker is a wholesale bakery in Hillsborough, NC specializing in artisan flatbread crackers- three of which have won prestigious Good Food Awards. We take great pride in our crackers, using superior ingredients like locally milled organic flour and extra virgin olive oil; while we don't use additives, preservatives or animal products. There are currently six varieties available in mo

re than one hundred-fifty retail locations. The dill is distinctive, but pepper is the dominant flavor. They are spicey but not too hot. The latest addition is a Spicy Ginger Sweet Potato cracker with Black Pepper. The Ginger crackers are savory with subtle sweet potato flavor and lots of ginger! NEWS FROM THE ACCIDENTAL BAKER

We will not be at the market this Saturday.
Our daughter, Sydney is graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Creative Writing and Statistics, graduating with Distinction, as an Honors Laureate of the UNC Honors College, and with Honors in Creative Writing for thesis work.

She has been a long time contributor to our Farmers Market efforts and we are so proud.

With all the glorious weather, we know everyone is soaking up every last bit of Vitamin D after this winter. We're excited to see you this Saturday for a sunny market at the Eno River Farmers Market in Downtown Hillsborough! Beyond our usual crackers, we will have a variety of other goodies, including moist almond cakes and blueberry scones.
Saturday is also the day of the UNC-Virginia Tech basketball game, which is hotly contested in the Accidental Baker family. If you stop by, be sure to tell Kevin, Go Heels!, he'll love it ;)
