This was only 45 minutes of this cake's production 🖤

The real work started months ago.

When a wonderful couple found me & we started planning.

The actual production begins the week before, finalizing the board sizes, labeling them and calculating all the cake batter and filling weights for each tier of cake.
This was all real cake!

Delivery week production includes:
Molding all the floral applique details
Confirming the flower order with houseofbloomsnj
Baking the cakes & making all the fillings
Layering, final coating, & stacking
Decorating and flowers were added in the cake fridge
Final tier, details and flowers were completed on-site
