A little about us:
MIGHTYFINE is a one man operation with the mission to bring a Penn-Dutch pretzel to the PNW. I grew up with the snack as a daily ritual. In 2025, Mighty Fine brought that tradition to Portland, hand-shaping every pretzel using traditional blend of Amish / Bavarian recipes paired with exclusive Pacific Northwest ingredients. No shortcuts, no big team - just one guy up before dawn, rolling dough with the same care his hometown had been doing for generations. Mighty Fine is proof that the simple pleasures are still worth doing right. No fuss, just pretzels. 🥨
