I had a special order today and i finally tested a new baking system and it worked GREAT!

Congratulations.
I listen to a variety of upbeat, indie, alternative, or somewhat naughty music. Dark pop, rap, a little grunge and EDM. Artists such as Diggy Graves, Bryce Savage, Jared Benjamin, Ella Red.
I do love 80-90s country, but not for 3am baking. Honestly, I listen to everything except Heavy Metal. But not everything is motivating for early morning bakes.
I do love to watch horror movies while i bake, but I try to keep the house a little quieter during the night. So the movies usually don't start until 5-6am.
This week's bagel flavor is jalapeño cheddar. My peppers are so beautiful this summer.

I promise Ive been busy this week.
100 boxed lunches for The Village Gunsmith
3 Types of bread for 3 different types of sandwiches. (Italian herb and cheese focaccia, asiago french bread, ciabatta)
Chocolate chip cookies.
Also, 3 types of muffins for breakfast. (Blueberry, banana walnut, pistachio berry)
I also made the staff bagel breakfast sandwiches with ham, egg, and cheddar.
They are open 9-4pm today.
