So, all the friends I've been baking vegan for...guess what? I just found out through allergy testing (blood test to figure out what's causing my psoriasis) that I'm allergic to...wait for it...cows milk and eggs. SIGH As one who is, er, formerly a milk and cheese-a-holic, this was not good news. However, that must be why I am doing a ton of vegan baking and so much research preceded that.

Hope your Easter was great. The weather had been so good I've been outdoors tending the garden. We plan to grow lots of goodies to put in savory tarts, pies and quiches. Remember we do regular and gluten free baking. Let us show all of your love at your next get together or event through our ovens.
