Also made up are the 4-packs of “Cupcakes for K-9’s”. Proceeds from the cupcakes go towards the Traill County Sheriff’s drug sniffing K-9 unit.

🧁 CUPCAKES FOR CANINES 🐶

You may recall the Hillsboro Cafe’s previous owners “Cupcakes for Lunch”. We are bringing it back with our own spin, “Cupcakes for Canines”. All proceeds will be donated to the Traill County Sheriffs K9 program for continual expenses related to training and care of the drug sniffing hound.

This weeks flavors are Raspberry Cream and Chocolate Hazelnut.

‼️Food Truck Tuesday‼️

As is tradition, it’s our first catering of the food truck in Halstad, and the weather is a little sideways 🫠. But we still plan to be there from 4:30-7:30 (or when sold out).

Teriyaki Chicken Bowls: Rice with Marinated Chicken, Mixed Vegetables and Teriyaki Sauce.

We will also have monster cookies 🍪 and freshly squeezed lemonade 🍋.

**Edit: And since we always preach about supporting local, for our food trucks, we are buying most of our ingredients from John at Valley General in Halstad for the food trucks we cater this year.
