I took a shot and said yes to the coolest order ever… and today I got to deliver the cookies!

I’ll wait and share them after the game… but these cookies truly felt like a culmination of my life as a fan! I’ve had a lot of really cool opportunities as a K-State fan, but this might be #1! 💜

I got to step into these cookies creatively and added a lot of personal touches that meant SO much to me. But for now… I’m going to savor this and get ready for our big KSU Family Reunion tomorrow! See you at the Bill!! 💜🏈

I genuinely love making cookie deliveries, if for no other reason, then it gives me a reason to leave the house 😂 but there’s just something so fun about handing off the cookies you’ve worked hard on all week, it never gets old!

This week’s delivery is a little extra exciting! And we are loaded up and headed to one of my favorite places in the world! 🤩

I had an entire batch of cookies misbehave this morning… so I’m putting some of them on my porch! They are discounted to $2 or pay what you can… because honestly, I just don’t want to deal with them!

They’re Ube cookies with white chocolate and they were stuffed with a marshmallow. Emphasis on were because the marshmallow leaked everywhere and made them very sticky!

I know you may wonder- is Ube?

Ube is a purple yam that’s popular in Filipino desserts! It has a sweet, slightly nutty, vanilla-like flavor that pairs SO well with white chocolate. They are delicious, and they do contain artificial dye. But they are so fun for a purple lover like me! 💜

(un)Luckily for me, a kiddo woke me up earlier than planned… which just means I got a little head start on my baking this morning!

When it’s this hot outside… you gotta do what you gotta do! Even if that means baking before the sun rises! 🙃 Got up and at ‘em this morning to get 9 dozen sugar cookies baked for the week!

And now… it’s time for coffee and figuring out what’s left to tackle on this week’s to-do list! But somehow, all I want to do is start decorating these cookies! 😂💜

Another big week is ahead! And these cookies aren’t going to make themselves!

Now I’m feeling both really good about the current state of where I’m at, and also very overwhelmed with everything I still have to do! But we can only take it one thing at a time, and this week’s focus has to be on sugar cookies.

I have six dozen custom sugar cookies to decorate this week… because I’m insane 🤪 And a lot of cookies for the Hillsboro Arts And Crafts Fair to decorate! And if I have time… there is still a lot of drop cookies to make!

So let’s get busy and let’s tackle this week! 💪🏼💜🍪

It’s time for a cookie update!! 🍪

We are one week closer to the Hillsboro Arts And Crafts Fair and these freezers are getting FULL! This week hit a huge milestone in the quest to bake 125 dozen cookies! We’ve officially passed the 1,000 cookie mark- meaning, cookie dough balls in the freezer still to bake.

The countdown is counting and this week is going to throw a slight wrench in my plans- but for the BEST reason! So stay tuned, follow along… and let’s see if we can actually pull this off!!
