Fall Festival Time!! Trying something new this time around. Introducing....... The Mobile Cake Bar and Microns (mini macarons). The Mobile Cake Bar is a "choose your own adventure" while getting dessert, snack or breakfast (I won't judge) on the go. Choose your cake, frosting and toppings and it will be built right there for you. Saturday is the first event with the new additions. Come out to the Harvest Pop-Up Event at Hillsboro United Methodist Church from 8am-1pm. I am excited to share the new additions!

When trying new recipes you have some highs and lows. Started off attempting gluten free poptarts in strawberry and brown sugar cinnamon. Taste is good, appearance was not so good. I learned at least 2 things. The first is I am not that great at free hand pastry at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Second, make the frosting thicker. The keto pineapple upside down cakes made for Father's day seemed to be a hit though! 😄🥰

I love these peek-a-boo wine glasses. No need to stick strictly to wine either. 😉
