Hey fam! Haven’t posted in a while but wanted to check in and see how you are! We rehomed LRBCR to Las Vegas and it’s been a wild ride to say the least.
We just got back from a mini vacation to San Diego and made out like bandits at ! Best foods, best hospitality, and best selection of Portuguese and Brazilian goodies. 🇵🇹 🇧🇷 you gotta check them out!

I wanted to do a wee small introduction of myself.
My name is Christina and I am the owner of Lucky Rooster by Christina Roger 🐓
I am first generation American but have lived in the states all my life. My family immigrated from Sao Jorge, Portugal which is located in the center of the Atlantic Ocean in a group of islands called the Açores. It’s similar to how the Pacific Ocean has the Hawaiian islands.
I grew up in central California my whole life but have lived in Oregon for over 5years now.
Besides baking, I love to go out on adventures with my sweetie, shop, and overland. 🌲
My most favorite item I make for LRBCR is between the especies or orange cake 🤤

I get asked a lot what I like to put on my sweet bread. 🥖
I’m a basic azorean girl. Toasted with butter and Sao Jorge cheese. If I’m feeling fancy though, I go for a French toast bake with berries.
My friend loves a good local goat cheese spread or local jam.
But the more and more I talk to everyone, passion fruit butter from has been mentioned a lot too! Best of both worlds ❤️🥖 I mean the options are endless!
