We have a new sour dough loaf for you tomorrow - Sun dried tomato and Mozzarella. It is a beautiful loaf and reminds me just a little of pizza. We also have Jalapeño Cheddar with the big hunks of cheddar cheese like I know you love. And Classic as always! 🐿️🖤

A little bakery update from me!
I’ll be away next week (May 29 - June 10) traveling in Greece with my niece and sister-in-law for a short adventure to celebrate my niece's 18th birthday and high school graduation. While I’m gone, the bakery will still be OPEN and our amazing team will keep the cases stocked with your favorite morning pastries along with our coffee, and boba teas. Pete will still be there, running the show!
However, our bread program will be a bit more limited during this time. We will NOT have:
• Fresh sourdough bread (limited frozen loaves available)
• Focaccia
• Croissants
Everything else you know and love will still be waiting for you at the bakery!

Tomorrow (Thursday 5/28) we will have beautiful soft sour dough sandwich bread AND sandwich buns! I’m not gonna lie, these are pretty good - but may not rise to life changing😉. I will also have a limited number of croissants for the few croissant lovers out there!
For sour dough Saturday, I will have Classic, Jalapeño Cheddar (with the big chunks of cheese) Multi-Grain, and an old favorite Sun Dried Tomato Basil Mozzarella, 🐿️🖤

So excited about this big batch of Rhubarb I got yesterday! I processed it all up into freezer bags and I have enough for 10 big pies!!! So….. So proud of our Bakery Assistant Megan Fishbeck for becoming a Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a multi-hour test requiring extensive knowledge of food safety and food management processes. This is an important step for the bakery as previously I was the only certified person - which we are required to have on site whenever we are open. This means we can now operate even if I am not there! Congratulations Megan and thank you for your commitment to our bakery!!! 🐿️🖤
