Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms and mom figures on today. My late mom stepped from time into eternity almost four years ago but for the 33yrs God allowed me time with her she taught me many things. This being my baking page many of the things that I cook and prepare are inspired by her from the meals she prepared for me growing up as a little boy. I’ll share this memory that growing up she cooked from Sunday to Thursday on Friday and Saturday we ate out and during the week with our meals, she always made homemade biscuits from scratch and on Sundays when she cooked Sunday dinner, she would always prepared cornbread, but her being a country girl she would prepare crackling cornbread for herself. So, though the void is there I’m thankful for the awesome memories we made. 💐
